Frequently asked questions
Below you can find answers to some of the questions we are most often asked about staying at our hotels. You can find check-in and check-out information and opening hours for all our facilities.

Rooms
- Check-in: From 15.00
- Check-out: No later than 11.00
- Late check-out is available when you book your room online.
- Small dogs are allowed in our rooms. There is an additional fee of 495 DKK, which includes extra cleaning after your stay, snacks, a dog bed, and food/water bowls that can be used during your stay.
- This must be pre-booked and can be done by contacting reception.
- You can upgrade your room for a surcharge.
- On the individual room pages you can see what upgrade options are available. You can read more here.
- It is a non-smoking hotel Smoking is therefore only allowed in our outdoor areas.
- There will be a surcharge of DKK 3,000 / EUR 400 for smoking inside.
- Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The Hotel.
- Yes, you can. Our bar and lounge is open to resident guests, as well as non-residents.
- You can buy cocktails, wine, coffee, snacks and other refreshments in our lounge.
- Yes, you can. Breakfast costs 180 DKK per person. It is recommended to call in advance to check for availability, as we may be fully booked and therefore not have space in the breakfast restaurant.
Payment
- We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Mobilepay. Please note, there is a charge for some credit cards but never for Dankort.
- Airport Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card prior to your arrival. If you book a non-refundable stay, we will charge your credit card at the time of booking.
- If you use a debit card for your reservation, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If you wish to have the funds released after your stay but before the 30 days have passed, you must contact the hotel directly with your reservation number, and the hotel will help you release the funds. Airport Hotel can notify your bank via DIBS to release the amount, but only your bank can cancel the reservation of the amount. We accept the following debit cards: Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard Direct.

Transport
- Yes, we offer free parking right in front of the hotel.
- Simply give your registration number to reception on arrival.
- Bus: There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes directly to Aalborg city center
- Train: There is a train line right in front of the hotel. The InterCity train goes directly to Aalborg Station.
- Plane: Airport Hotel is located a few metres from Aalborg Airport.
Yes! We are located right next to the Airport so you only need to walk for few minutes.

- Monday–Sunday: Open 24 hours
- Monday–Sunday: 06.00–09.00
- Please, order breakfast no later den 10PM the day before.
- Lunch: 11.30–13.00
- Evening: 18.00 – 21.00*
The evening restaurant will be closed on December 24th and December 31st
